Kevin J. Napper was a featured panelist at  Stetson Law School’s Symposium on Corporate Criminal Liability held February 19, 2016 at Stetson Law School’s Gulfport campus.

The Symposium, attended by defense counsel, academics and government officials, was an interactive conference addressing issues of corporate criminal liability, investigations, prosecutions and the role of defense counsel in each. The Symposium was sponsored by Stetson University Law School and the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section.

Kevin J. Napper was a featured presenter at the American Bar Association’s Global White Collar Crime Institute held November 19-20, 2015 in Shanghai, China.

The inaugural conference was attended by over 100 defense lawyers, prosecutors,  academics and  other officials with the United States Department of Justice. Kevin presented on special enforcement issues in China, the United States and other countries. The Institute was sponsored by the ABA’s Criminal Justice Section in collaboration with the KoGuan Law School of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and guided by the Shanghai Law Society.
